Halloween highlights
Creating or continuing family traditions, whether it's watching spooky shows, driving around and looking at different decorations, or carving out some family time to carve a pumpkin or two together, can make the holiday feel extra special.
These activities can create core memories for your kids.
And memories can be magical.
Seeing the excitement in my twins' eyes when they talk about what they're going to dress up as, or which decorations they want to try to find around the neighborhood, or what songs we'll sing or movies we'll watch together is exactly why these traditions are important to me as a parent.
Because when you sit down and spend some quality time together, you're also making lifelong memories together. Memories that your kids can look back on and carry forward with their families when they grow up.
