1. Ultra4 Wand Hormone Tracker by Mira
When you're trying to get pregnant, you have to track so many things: Menstrual cycles, ovulation cycles, basal body temperature, hormone levels. It can be overwhelming and exhausting. This invention by Mira, which uses cutting-edge fluorescent detection technology to deliver highly accurate, quantitative hormone readings for smarter, more reliable fertility tracking, is an honoree in the Digital Health category of the Innovation Awards this year at CES. Ultra4 redefines hormone tracking with the first at-home monitor delivering lab-quality insights across every life stage, from menstrual cycles and fertility to perimenopause, PCOS, PMDD, ADHD, metabolic health, and athletic performance. With one wand and a 16-minute test, it measures four key hormones (follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, estrone-3-glucuronide, and pregnanediol glucuronide) to map your entire hormonal landscape—not just fertility. Powered by fluorescent lab technology, it's up to seven times more accurate than other trackers, detecting subtle hormonal shifts that other products miss. Its 4D Ovulation Profiling and Hormone Ratio Scan reveal early follicle activity, ovarian reserve, and hormonal balance, linking PMS, mood, or energy changes to biological causes. By tracking all four hormones throughout the cycle, Ultra4 brings deeper understanding to 51 percent of the population, helping users uncover hidden patterns, have more productive doctor visits, and better manage transitions like HRT. Ultra4 turns hormone data into lifelong insight.
2. Smart Hygienic Pad by Vivoo
If you've ever had a high-risk pregnancy, you know how easy it is to become hyper-aware of your body and what it produces because whatever comes out of your body paints a picture of your internal wellness. This invention from Vivoo, a global leader in at-home wellness testing that helps people to better understand and support their health, is an honoree in the Digital Health category of the Innovation Awards This smart hygienic pad integrates a diagnostic recognition layer into women's daily sanitary pads, transforming a routine product into a discreet health monitoring system. The pad collects vaginal fluids such as discharge, menstrual blood, and secretions, which interact with embedded chemical indicators to detect parameters like pH, infection markers, amniotic fluid leakage, ovulation, and sexually transmitted diseases. Colorimetric changes on the recognition layer are captured using a smartphone camera and analyzed through image processing algorithms. The results are converted into digital health data and delivered to the user via a mobile application, enabling continuous, non-invasive monitoring without clinical intervention. This approach combines the familiarity of a daily-use product with advanced diagnostic technology, providing women with accessible, real-time insights into their reproductive and overall health.
3. SCAR: AI-Powered Precision Scar Treatment & Coverage System Device by Kolmar Korea
When you're carrying two babies simultaneously, your body needs to grow and stretch to accommodate multiple babies as they pack on the pounds. Stretch mark scarring can develop as a result of a rapidly growing belly, and anywhere from 50 to 90 percent of people who are pregnant will develop them. Staying hydrated and promoting the elasticity of your skin throughout your pregnancy and in the postpartum period can help lower your chances of developing stretch marks, but if you find yourself among the 50 to 90 percent who earn their stripes during pregnancy, this innovative scar treatment and coverage device developed by Kolmar Korea may interest you. An award winner in the Innovation Awards' Beauty Tech category, SCAR seamlessly integrates AI-powered dermatological analysis, ultra-precise piezoelectric drug and pigment delivery, and personalized tone matching into one compact system. Trained on a large-scale dermatological image dataset, its algorithm classifies scar types and skin tones with clinical accuracy. Unlike conventional thermal inkjet sprays, SCAR's piezo microdispensing system enables picoliter-level delivery while preserving the bioactivity of ingredients. An RGB LED ring offers wavelength-specific photobiomodulation to support skin regeneration. By restoring both skin health and visual harmony, SCAR represents a new paradigm in intelligent, non-invasive skincare, where therapy and beauty converge into one.
4. Smart Tumbler by Allcom Co.
When you have newborn twins, feeding times can be a little chaotic. Getting everybody fed while you're at home can be challenging enough, but when you're going to be out and about during feed time—whether you're out for a few hours or traveling cross-country, it can be difficult to plan your day so that everybody's happy and fed with ease when it's meal time. An award honoree in the Home Appliances category, this Smart Tumbler by Allcom Co., blends precision control, hygiene, and portability to create a way to prepare your babies' formula no matter where you are. It delivers precise cooling and heating from 1°C to 80°C via mobile app control, so you can always prepare baby formula at the correct temperature. This smart tumbler allows users to adjust and maintain beverage temperature with precise dual-mode cooling and heating in the 13°C to 45°C range using Peltier semiconductor technology. An internal sensor and Bluetooth connectivity enable real-time control via a mobile app, while a detachable SUS-316 (Surgical Stainless Steel 316) vessel ensures hygienic cleaning and durability. The BPA-Free exterior ensures safety, while vacuum insulation enhances thermal performance, and its modular design makes for easy maintenance and extends the product's lifespan.
5. Earflo Negative Middle Ear Pressure Device by Earflo Inc.
When your babies have a cold or flu, they can develop intense ear pain as a result of negative middle ear pressure. When they can't tell you where it hurts or what's bothering them, it can be really tricky to figure out what's going on or how you can give them relief. This innovative medical device developed by Earflo Inc., can treat negative middle ear pressure at home. It's currently FDA 510(k) pending and not for sale, but if it's approved, it could mean that chronic ear infections could become a thing of the past. It's the first non-invasive medical device that treats negative middle ear pressure (the cause of otitis media with effusion, AKA chronic ear infections, in children as young as two). This groundbreaking product is a potential alternative to ear tubes, which are the most common pediatric surgery. A clinical study has shown that Earflo is safe and painless and can help children avoid temporary hearing loss. Designed to look like a sippy cup, Earflo works automatically as a child drinks, gently delivering a precisely controlled puff of air through the nose to help open the eustachian tube and release trapped fluid. Treatment with this device can be done at home or on-the-go and only takes takes a few minutes per day. A companion app that gamefies progress encourages your little ones to want to use the device daily while allowing parents and physicians to track usage and outcomes.
